NYT: New Rules Lead Europe to Dump Trash Abroad →

If we keep on consuming and dumping, consuming and dumping, consuming and dumping… we’ll run out of room on Earth, a la Wall-E!

Additionally, if tons of waste is sent to these developing nations such as Indonesia, India, Nigeria, and China, how will these countries ever crawl out of the hole?

There are so many issues in this world, and sometimes I feel like I need to solve them all, so I have to remind myself to take little steps.

Lethargy. I have loads of studying to do as well as a project proposal to write. Today is another one of those days when I would love to just curl up in bed and listen to music, maybe fall asleep for a little while.

These are old (4 years ago) x-ray, false-color images of the central globular cluster 47 Tucanae. Pretty! I miss astronomy class. Every day I would leave class in awe and feeling insignificant.
